Shipping Information
We aim to ship any items purchased that are in stock on the day of purchase to get your new goodies to you as soon as possible! Where items are on special order or out of stock we promise to keep you informed on expected delivery dates and forward the items on to you as soon as possible. Please expect between 3-6 weeks for delivery on items ordered especially for you from the UK. We are now using an express courier service to import items from the UK even quicker, just for you!
If you purchase an item from our online store that is not immediately available we will contact you within 24 hours to put in a special order for you to have the item here for you as soon as possible, or offer a refund if preferred.
As of September 2009, Bella Equestrian uses Australia Air Express for assured delivery to eastern states addresses and Registered Australia Post to deliveries within WA. Work addresses or PO boxes are welcome.

If you have received your goods in a damaged or unsatisfactory manner, please let Anita know asap so we can rectify this situation for you.
If your goods are the incorrect size, please call Anita within 7 days of receipt of the goods to arrange and exchange or refund. Goods must be returned unused and with all original packaging for a full refund. Please see our Returns and Refunds page for more information on our Returns Policy.
