We are more than happy to refund or exchange goods that are unsuitable or the incorrect size.  Please ensure you contact Bella Equestrian within 7 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a exchange or refund.  Embroidered goods and custom sized goods cannot be returned, so please choose carefully!



   Returns and Refund Policy

REFUNDS
If for any reason (other than incorrect size) you are not satisfied with any purchase you make from this site or from one of our events, simply return your purchase, unused, complete in its original packaging and with all labels intact.
We will also need a copy of your order confirmation and payment receipt.
If this is done within 14 days and we are satisfied that the item is in its original condition, we will make a full refund.

If incorrect size has been ordered and an alternative size is required, simply return your purchase, unused, complete in its original packaging and with all labels intact, within 7 days of purchase.  If we are satisfied that the item is in its original condition, we will despatch the new size required as a replacement.

Refunds not available on sale items, a credit note will be offered instead.

Sorry, we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.  Additional freight charges for replacement items may be charged.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your purchase is damaged in transit you will need to return the damaged product to us for assessment within 7 days, if satisfied we will send you an identical "no charge" replacement, freight free.

 FAULTY GOODS
Occasionally, as we all know, some faults occur in manufacturing. If you believe you have a faulty product, please call us on (08)9204 3251 immediately and tell us the problem. 

After the product has been returned and inspected, if it is found to be a manufacturer's fault the product will be replaced as soon as possible. (sometimes the product may not be in stock and will have to be ordered from the UK) We will always endeavour to replace the item for you.

A refund for your return postage will be provided if the goods are indeed faulty and a replacement item sent.

Please note: returned goods will be replaced at Bella Equestrian Product's discretion as to whether the product is showing excessive wear and tear and this is the cause of the fault or if the fault is due to error in manufacturing.

METHOD OF REFUNDS

Bella Equestrian Products will refund direct to your bank account, or we can post a cheque if required.
